Prior to GR8 People Ms. Kettles was the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer at VirtualEdge Corporation (VE) where she played the leading role in the development of VE's industry-leading software that delivered scalable, world-class value capability for the enterprise staffing industry until the company's very successful acquisition by Automated Data Processing Inc. (NYSE: ADP) in 2006. A senior executive with strong leadership skills and technical expertise, Ms. Kettles has a history of delivering value to customers through innovative software and technology. Ms. Kettles has over 20 years of software development and programming expertise, including management roles at cutting-edge industry vendors such as VerticalNet, Store Automated Systems Inc., and Schlumberger, a developer of smart card technology. In this role, Ms. Kettles was instrumental in developing and managing smart card products, which were piloted in the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.
